Self doubt, isolation, disconnect and decision fatigue, who were once the industry's highest performers can quickly become leaders interrupted.

 

As a performance coach I work to reconnect clients with a renewed sense of perspective, clarity, resilience and curiosity through leadership development, business advisory and open trusted coaching.

Through my work, I acknowledge the deep competencies, ideas and strengths my clients hold and that for high performing professionals it's natural for them to lose perspective. Continuously being asked to move the dial while in a cycle of “mindset overwhelm” often inhibits performance.
